Mason’s Musings May 26th, 2023

I can already feel the summer sun coming down in all of its blazing hot glory. For better or worse summer is upon us and with it brings change! And what better way to celebrate the start of Summer than participating in the library’s annual Summer Reading Program. Starting June 1st earn chances to win prizes from reading and attend events for every age group!

And one more change that I’m sure most Krum residents have been made aware of. The city of Krum is switching to a new waste management company. This means that each and every resident of Krum will be provided with new trash receptacles, and have new trash and recycling pick-up days. For information on what your new pickup days and routes will be take a look at this map, found on the City of Krum’s website.

Hoping you all adjust well to the changes as I’m sure this will be a great way to help keep Krum beautiful and trash free! Wishing you all a happy, healthy, productive week.

Library Events 5/26–6/2:

Preschoolers and their adults are invited to come join the fun every fourth Friday of the month for an unstructured play time in the KPL Meeting Room.
